How To Sync Microsoft Outlook Calendar With Google Calendar
Synchronizing calendar events between Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar has been very easy ever since Google launched Google Calendar Sync. Google Calendar Sync is a free desktop application from Google that provides bidirectional synchronization between Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar.
Download And Setup Google Calendar Synch
Setting of Google Calendar Sync is very easy, all you need to do is
- Download and install Google Calendar Sync.
- Enter your Google account email address and password.
- Adjust sync options if you are not happy with the defaults.
- Click on Save and you’re done.
Once the application is installed, it launches automatically at the boot time, sits on the system tray and synchronizes the calendars in the background. The default synchronization mode is set to bi-directional but you can change it to one way sync in either direction. The application synchronizes once in 2 hours but this interval also can be configured from options screen.

Great post, thank you “Outlook Track-It” is why I use Outlook. Gmail is great, but this toolbar for outlook flags emails for followup reminders. It can save you, like it did me. Look up that program and there’s a download on the site.
