Windows Explorer Tip - How To Open Parent Folder In A New Window[Windows XP]
Ever wanted to open parent folder of the current Explorer Window in a new popup? Just hold CTRL key and click on the Up Icon to popup a new window with parent folder content for browsing.
This is tips works in Windows XP only as Windows Vista does not have an Up Icon(but has a shortcut to navigate to parent folder)
