I’m searching to find out the time the eclipse will take place. I can’t seem to find it, I’m not sure if it’s during the day or not. When will it? I’m in North East Texas(Lufkin, Tx.), when should I be expecting it at this area? I really would appreciate the help so I too can watch this great event!

Sorry to interrupt, but what is so fascinating about a Solar Eclipse ? Recently I have installed Photoelectric Solar Cells at my home. Wouldn’t that be harmful to the supply of having a sudden loss of Solar Power during Daytime Hours ?

Chad, The eclipse for central time starts at 7:15pm with full eclipse at 8:26pm and over at 9:46pm. That’s for the whole 1900 miles of the eclipse. Info on SEMS site under schedule.
