Apple University to be headed by Yale MBA dean

Yale President Richard Levin informed to students about Joel’s departure and said that he would be leading "educational initiatives at Apple."

Joel Podolny worked with Yale since 2005 with a particular focus on organizational-behavior research, with recent studies of how leaders infuse meaning into their organizations. He also taught at Stanford and served as the Director of Research at the Harvard Business School.

There are many speculations as to what role exactly he would take up in apple. No further details in the regard are available.
