Tracer Voter Distribution For Different DEXs

We will analyze the following: What is the number of people who have voting rights in tracer? What is the amount of tracer that has been deposited in major decentralized exchanges?

What is Tracer DAO?

Tracer DAO : There is a decentralized autonomous organisation (DAO) that manages Tracer as far as the administration is concerned. The organization of this type allows governors (individuals or groups that own TCR tokens) from anywhere in the world to decide on changes to the protocol without a centralized control point.
There are two types of contracts owned by Tracer DAO: Factory contracts and market templates. The DAO has the power to change these, and some of the tracer market definitions (the markets that specify DAO control), by a vote. The governance contract can also be altered, if the governors decide to adjust some of the rules or if they want to adopt a new voting system.

Tracer Token : Essentially, Tracer Token (TCR) is the unique token that governs the Tracer Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO); it allows DAO members to vote on proposals that have a direct effect on Tracer’s growth and future. Having (and staking) TCR makes holders eligible to participate in these votes and to be a part of the peer-to-peer financial ecosystem Tracer runs on. Members of Tracer’s DAO decide when to deploy new code, and whether to modify existing code. The governance also controls how treasury funds are spent and who is hired to perform services.

As we know DAO members are directly eligible for voting through tracer tokens (TCR).In the following chart, we can see how voting rights are assigned to each DEX. Total number of addresses with voting rights in tracer is 4.78M. DEX Uniswap is the largest contributor to the voting rights on tracer (60.75%) of all three DEXs. Sushiswap has the lowest voting rights with 50.3K.

In the following graph we can see how Tracer voters are distributed among different categories based on their voting. A total of 32.22% of the votes came from the ’10K – 50K Votes’ Categories, and 63.39% came from the two top categories (10K – 50K Votes and 100-10K Votes). In total, the lowest number of Voters is 3 (2 – 3 Million Votes) and the highest number of Voters is 154 (10K – 50K Votes).

As can be seen from the below graph, the most number of voters fall under the 10k-50k category, and the second most number of voters falls under the 1000-10k category. And we can also see how many voters are available for each category.
