Microsoft Punches On Google’s Nose With GMail-Man Video

GMail is an innovative mail service, but it’s bad practise of reading all our emails for displaying relevant ads is something very bad. You send a mail to your friend enquiring about job openings at his company, Google will popup job sites related ads. You discuss about a holiday trip, then you will be bombarded with ads related to cheap flights, hotels and other travel related stuff on all the Google Adsense enabled sites. Google notoriously tracks our activities online for displaying ads.

Microsoft want to highlight this point to corporates and small business to drive them away from Google Apps services. Not just drive them away from Google Apps, but pitch them with it’s Google Apps competitor, Office 365. Here is Microsoft’s spoof video, GMail Man, to highlight the risks of using GMail for business.
